The rapid spread of Kebab Turki Baba Rafi’s (KTBR) red and yellow outlets is a testament to the quality of food and service that Kebab Turki Baba Rafi consistently delivers. Rapid growth since its founding has allowed KTBR to become the  ‘The World’s Biggest Kebab Chain’.
Hendy Setiono opened his first kebab outlet in 2003. Starting with just one pushcart on a corner in Surabaya, KTBR has grown to more than 1200 outlets in four countries, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia and China, with outlets in Sri Lanka, Singapore, Brunei Darussalam and Netherlands opening soon. Inspired by Middle Eastern food, Hendy created his own kebab by incorporating local ingredients to satisfy local tastes and produce an exciting original flavor. As Kebab Turki expands internationally it works to adapt its kebab while remaining true to the unique flavor that has made it so popular.
